We offer both personal accounts and corporate accounts. Customers are sent booklets of taxi chits bearing their account number. Chits are filled out and given to the taxi driver as payment. Drivers in turn submit their chits to us to be paid.

As of December 12th, 2015, you will now be able to book your Capital Taxi simply by text messaging us your pick up address. Simply send your address by text message to 613-744-3333 (i.e. 455 Coventry Road, Ottawa, ON)

With the convenience of App bookings, text bookings and calling, you may still be used to the old school way of booking a taxi. Capital Taxi still wants to continue to give choice to you and that is why you can still book your taxi online if you are working on a desktop or don’t want the pressure of downloading an app or texting. We aim to please you.

As of April 8th, 2020, you will now be able to have groceries, pharmacy orders, restaurant orders or other delivered right to your door. Simply download the app and choose delivery for an easy way to shop right from the comfort of your own home.
